It’s been a great summer and a very busy one! I’d like to welcome our newest pet sitter, Don. Although he has just started in the last few weeks, he’s taken on quite a number of clients who are all very happy with him!! Thank you Don!!!

Happy Thanksgiving to all of my clients, both two legged and four!!!  Yes, we are crazy busy again this year but, it’s fun and humbling that so many people continue to entrust us with their pets. Thank you so much!!!

I cannot begin to tell you how happy I am that Williamsburg was spared the worst of hurricane Florence!!  We had a busy summer, with a lot of fun and a lot of wonderful clients, both two legged and four!!  Now onto cooler days! Congratulations to us!! Today we celebrate our 10th Anniversary in Williamsburg! We are so proud of the excellent service that we have been able to provide to our wonderful clients, both two legged and four!  Thank you to each and every one of you for making this a wonderful anniversary and for trusting and believing in us.

Shopping, wrapping, decorating, baking and yes, scrambling....but as of this moment all of our clients are covered....those that booked in June and even those that booked yesterday!!  We appreciate each and every one of you!!  I know I'm repeating myself when I say that it is an overwhelming compliment to be entrusted with the care of our clients' pets.  My dogs are my babies and I know that each of our clients feels the same way about their little ones....and big ones!  I'd like to extend to all of you a very Merry Christmas and a Happy and Healthy New Year!!

I hope everyone had a great 4th of July weekend.  We were busy!!!  I thought I would take a minute to answer a question that I'm so often asked.  Are we "dog walkers"?  Yes, we refer to ourselves as "pet sitters" because it is the industry term most commonly used and we do so much more than dog walking.  However, the majority of people that ask if we are dog walkers are doing so because they are interested in daily dog walks; having their dog(s) walked while they are at work or away from the house on a regular basis.  So YES, we are DOG WALKERS!!

Summer's comin' and we are ready! Soon I'll be posting pictures and a little information about our 2 newest members of the staff of Paws & Claws. All of us hope that our clients are enjoying the outdoors again. At this time I want to mention that I am in search of a home for a beautiful 10 yr. old male cat. Unfortunately his owner has to travel out of the country for long periods of time. If you are interested, please call me.

Our Thanksgiving was busier than we ever imagined it could be and Christmas and New Year’s we’re just about the same. We are again so appreciative for all of the families that entrust us with their furry little family members. I'm not even going to apologize for not keeping up with the website....I'm sure all that are reading this are tired of hearing me do that!!  But again, forgive me.  The BIG NEWS is that today Paws & Claws is celebrating our 11th year of doing business in Williamsburg!!
It's odd to say "doing business" because this is truly a labor of love, an opportunity to meet and get to know so many wonderful people and so many incredibly wonderful and loving pets.  Thank you to all of our clients who have made these past 11 years so much fun and so successful!! We look forward to providing loving, professional care for your pets
in the future!!

Thank you to all of my sitters and our clients for a wonderful 2016.  It was a busy year, but a lot of fun.  I must say we have the best 2 as well as 4 legged clients!!   We're looking forward to a great 2017 and wish everyone the very best!!

I'm so excited !! Our new website is now up and running. I would love to know what everyone thinks about it. On another note , last month was so crazy busy that I barely had a chance to talk to any of my sitters. I think Barney was probably too busy to eat, but he still did a great job.
